**Surfaces:** - Wipe all counters completely clear and clean - Clean stovetop thoroughly — any grease or food residue is a major guest complaint - Wipe fridge exterior and interior (spot clean any spills) - Clean microwave interior - Wipe cabinet door fronts

**Sink:** - Scrub sink and polish faucet - Check that the drain is clear - No dishes or food debris in sink

Bedroom Turnover Checklist

**Linens:** - Strip and replace all bed linens. Check for stains — stained sheets must not be reused. - Make the bed to a high standard — crisp corners, evenly placed pillows - Fluff and place decorative pillows or throws as pictured in your listing photos

**Room:** - Check for any left-behind items from previous guests (under pillows, in bedside drawers) - Vacuum floor and under bed - Dust all surfaces - Wipe mirrors - Ensure any provided charging cables or accessories are in place

Living Areas Turnover Checklist

- Vacuum all upholstered furniture including cushion surfaces - Wipe coffee table and all surface items - Straighten cushions and throws to match listing photos exactly - Check that the TV remote has working batteries and is placed visibly - Wipe down any entertainment unit or bookshelf items

Entry and Common Areas

- Ensure the keybox or smart lock is functioning and the access instructions are current - Wipe entryway surfaces and sweep/mop the entry floor - Check that the WiFi password is displayed correctly - Ensure any welcome items (basket, note) are in place
