Kitchen — Not Included in Standard Cleaning

**Inside the oven**: Oven interior cleaning (walls, racks, floor, and glass door) is a deep clean item. It requires oven-specific cleaners and significantly more time than stovetop surface cleaning.

**Inside the refrigerator**: Interior shelves, drawers, door seals, and walls are a deep clean or add-on service.

**Inside cabinets and drawers**: Cabinet interiors, shelf surfaces, and drawer interiors require emptying contents — not something done during a standard maintenance visit.

**Behind or under the refrigerator and stove**: These areas require moving heavy appliances and are addressed in deep cleans or periodic maintenance visits, not standard cleaning.

**Grout scrubbing**: A thorough grout scrub with a grout brush is part of a deep clean. Standard cleaning wipes tile surfaces but does not remove embedded scale or staining from grout lines.
