Three North Clean clears driveways, walkways, and the public sidewalk bordering your property across Calgary, on a per-push basis after each qualifying snowfall, or on a fixed seasonal contract for the winter. Windrow clearing (the pile a city plow leaves at the end of your driveway) is included as part of driveway clearing, not billed separately.

For clients already on a recurring house cleaning or lawn cutting schedule with us, snow removal is an easy add for the winter months so your property is looked after year-round.

Seasonal Contract or Per Visit?

A seasonal contract is a fixed monthly price for unlimited qualifying pushes through winter, your cost doesn't change no matter how much it snows, and contract customers get cleared first after a big overnight dump. In an average or heavy Calgary winter that usually works out cheaper than paying per visit, since a double-driveway contract at roughly $190–$260 a month pays for itself in about three or four pushes. Per-visit pricing wins in a light winter, or if you're only looking for backup on the storms you can't handle yourself.

When It Costs More

We'd rather tell you this upfront than argue about it in your driveway:

• Heavy, wet snow. Calgary's spring dumps are often denser and heavier than a dry midwinter snowfall of the same depth, and take longer to clear.
• Ice underneath. If ice has built up under the snow, it needs chipping before the surface is safe, that's more time than clearing fresh snow alone.
• A blocked driveway. A parked vehicle means we can't clear that section safely and may need a follow-up pass.
• Long or sloped driveways. Anything noticeably longer than a standard lot's, or on a visible slope, takes more time to clear safely.
• Corner lots. Extra public sidewalk frontage on the side street adds to the job beyond a standard interior lot.
• Tight access. Narrow clearance next to fences, retaining walls, or parked cars limits equipment and slows the job down.

Anything visible in your photos gets flagged alongside your estimate, so surprises get raised before you book rather than after the first snowfall.
